By accessing or using Expertflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Expertflow is an AI Marketing Suite that helps companies create professional LinkedIn content from expert knowledge. The Service includes question management, AI content generation, post scheduling, and LinkedIn publishing tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We use passwordless magic link authentication for security.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Content Ownership

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all responses, edits, and original content you create.
  • AI-generated content: Posts generated by our AI tools are owned by you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
  • Templates: Platform templates remain our intellectual property. Custom templates you create are yours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or generation systems.
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan.
  • Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. AI Disclaimers

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific engagement or business results.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (LinkedIn, AI providers, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expertflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
