  • Integration data: LinkedIn profile information, Telegram chat IDs, WhatsApp phone numbers when you connect these services.

  • Voice data: voice recordings submitted as responses, which are transcribed and then deleted.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate AI-powered content based on your responses and templates.
  • Deliver questions and notifications via your preferred channels.
  • Improve our AI models and voice profile learning.
  • Process billing and manage your subscription.
  • Send service-related communications.

4. AI Processing

Your content is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, Together AI) to generate posts and transcribe voice messages. We do not use your content to train AI models. Generated content is stored in your account and only shared when you choose to publish it.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

  • AI providers: for content generation and transcription.
  • LinkedIn: when you publish posts (only the content you approve).
  • Messaging providers: Telegram, WhatsApp (MessageBird) for question delivery.
  • Payment processor: Stripe for billing.
  • Email provider: Postmark for transactional emails.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure session management, and access controls. Your data is stored on encrypted servers within the European Union.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
